Q. How much is open gym and how long can we jump?
A. Open Gym is jumpers 6 and under $6 per day and Jumpers 7 and up $10 per day. (Prices may be different on Special Event Open Gyms such as Halloween Parties, Christmas Parties, and more.

Q. How much does it cost for a Private Party?
A. We have a variety of party packages and attractions. The price varies for each party package depending on the size of the package that you choose. Attractions can also be purchased individually. Go to Private Party Packages on this website for costs.

Q. Can we bring our own food?
A. Yes and no. You can bring your own cake or cupcakes. (For Private Parties only)
If you want to purchase additional food like pizza, pop, or concessions and more,
we have those available for purchase at our facility.

Q. What are the rules for the deposit?
Deposit is non-refundable. If you provide at least 10 days notice you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next two months. Any party cancelled with less than 10 days will forfeit their deposit. We will work with you on weather related issues and do not count that as a cancellation.

Q. Where are you located?
A. Our Bounce House Rentals are delivered from our Osakis, MN Warehouse/Shop/Office and our Indoor Amusement Center is conveniently located at Alexandria Viking Plaza Mall. Stop by any time!

Q. When should we arrive for our party?
A. If you've booked a party, we recommend that you show up a few minutes early so we can get everyone checked in and ready for your party.

Q. What should I expect during my party?
A. It's our goal to make your party the best party possible. We provide a host that will take care of everything for you...from going over what to expect, and keeping the party flowing by escorting you from one party location to the next (party room to attractions, etc.). Our hosts will work hard for you. Need something...just ask!

Q. To tip or not to tip?
A. Our party hosts work extremely hard for you. Although you're by no means required to leave a tip, if you're happy with the service that our staff has provided, our party hosts would truly appreciate your gratuity. Whatever you decide, fear not, we are committed to providing you with the best party possible.

Q. I need some positive morale for my office. What do you do for team building?
A. Jump4Fun Indoor Amusement Center is a great place for team building. Get the entire team together and tell them to invite their families. You can rent our entire facility for the night. This is a great way to get everyone involved and provides your team with a night of good, clean fun. Your employees will love the attention this option provides. In addition to working with corporations, our facility is available to be rented for your church or school as well. Your guests will love it! We guarantee it!

Q. Our school is looking for a fundraiser and wants to know if you can help?
A. We get this request OFTEN! Call us at Jump4Fun 612-877-1071 so we can discuss your specific needs. In general, we donate Free Open Gym Passes and Gift Certificates depending on the fundraiser or event.

Q. Do you deliver Bounce House Rentals and Pick them up?
A. Yes we do. Jump4Fun will deliver from our Osakis, MN Warehouse/Shop/Office to all areas on this site under Bounce House Rentals. We offer Free delivery for Osakis, Long Prairie, Nelson, and Clotho. All other areas will have a delivery fee and this will be applied upon location at checkout.

Q. Are your Bounce Rentals Sanitary and well maintained?
A. Yes. It is very important to Jump4Fun Management and employees that our Bounce House Rentals are completely Sanitized after each use, and again when they are set up at your event. Each Bounce house is completely cleaned thoroughly every time they are set up. Our Bounce Houses are very well maintained and like new. We set up, sanitize, and secure for your safety upon every delivery.

Q. Do you offer refunds if we need to cancel our bounce house rentals?
A. I'm sorry we do not offer refunds on Bounce House Rentals. We will however work with you to reschedule your rental. We will try and accommodate a time and date that works best with your schedule.

Q. What if the weather does not permit our event Rental?
A. We will work with you to reschedule your event. I'm sorry, We do not offer refunds on rentals.
